Campus Day Camp Registration Process

Deposit:
A $500 deposit must be paid at the time of registration to hold the spot for your child. This deposit will be deducted from your total. No paperwork will be accepted without deposit.


Tuition:

Tuition must be paid in Full before 6/2/17 to be considered registered. Any open accounts are subject to cancellation without a refund after this date.

Cancellations/Refunds:
You may cancel at any time with a full refund before 5/31/16 After 6/2/17 there will be NO REFUNDS.

Paperwork:
Every child must submit the following paperwork in order to attend camp; Medical Form, Complete Registration Form, Signed Lunch Form, Signed Trip Itinerary, Signed Parents Agreement Form. Your child may not begin camp without All of these documents.

Discounts:
Sibling Discount is $100 off of the second child’s tuition and cannot be combined with early bird discount or cash discount.

Acceptable forms of payments:
Tuition payments may be made by Visa, MasterCard, Check, Money Order or if you pay by cash you will receive a (3% discount)

Campus Day Camp reserves the right to expel or suspend any child from camp for disruptive and/or dangerous behavior. In the unfortunate event that this occurs, No Refunds will be issued for the remainder of the summer.
